If you'd like to combine your love of skiing or snowboarding with a top-notch college education, you've come to the right place! At the University of Maine at Farmington you can prepare for a career in the ski industry by completing the University's Ski Industries Certificate Program. This specialized program offers a unique experience that combines a Bachelor's degree with a certificate concentration in the ski industry.

You may choose from several concentrations:

• Snowsports Business Management
• Ski and Snowboard Teaching
• Ski and Snowboard Coaching
• Adaptive Ski and Snowboard Teaching
• Adaptive Ski and Snowboard Coaching

Each concentration combines course work with practical experience in the snowsports industry. Students enrolled in any UMF degree program may earn the Ski Industries Program certification. The concentrations coordinate especially well with UMF's bachelor degree programs in Business Economics, Community Health, Education, Psychology, Individualized Degrees, and Political Science.
